Product Returns

You have the right to return the products you purchased if you are not satisfied with your purchase. You can change with another number or color, change with another product, refund or credit coupon.

PRODUCT RETURN TO THE SHOP

You can make a change at our store at no extra cost (see below the conditions for making the change).
The opening hours of our shop are Monday to Saturday from 9:30 am to 2:00 pm and 17:30 pm to 9:00 pm. G. Gregou 19, Porto Rafti

PRODUCT RETURN WITH COURIER

In case you wish to change the product by another, the cost of return (depending on your area) and the cost of the new shipment (depending on your area) will be charged to you (plus 2 € if you wish to pay the difference by cash on delivery).

In case you want a refund for part or all of the order, the refund costs will be charged to you.

If you request a refund and your original order has exceeded € 65, the initial shipping costs will be charged by you (€ 2 if you pay by debit / credit card or PAYPAL and 4 € if you pay by cash).

If the company fails to send the product or send a defective product, the shipping costs will be charged to the company. If you receive a defective product, please inform the company immediately.

You can make your return with any other courier company at your own risk and charge.

RETURN PROCEDURE

Contact us by phone for the necessary clarifications.
You send us the parcel after you have made sure that the products are in the same condition as you received them and that they are accompanied by the retail receipt.
As long as there is no problem with the returned product, we will immediately replace it or return your money.
